Return window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Anything returned worn, altered or without tags will be sent back.

 

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us, unannounced returns may be sent back.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so your size doesn't sell out while the parcel is in transit.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, not as described or the wrong item was sent to you. In those cases we cover it — send us a message and we'll sort it out.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
