The portrait and the page, printed together. A line-drawn portrait sits over a full page of handwritten sheet music, so the staves run straight through the face. "1971-1996" runs beneath in black type, with the "1996" struck through in red — the print's only spot of colour.

• Machine wash cold — heat thickens the staves into a grey block
• Wash inside out
• Wash with whites only
• Do not bleach
• Hang dry flat so the horizontal lines stay straight
• Do not tumble dry
• Never iron over the linework
• Do not dry clean
