• Machine wash cold, inside out to protect the chenille pile
• Never tumble dry — chenille mats permanently and does not recover
• Air dry flat rather than hanging, so the letters do not pull
• Do not bleach
• Brush the pile back up with a soft brush once dry
• Never iron over the chenille
• Wash on its own; the pile sheds on early washes
• Do not dry clean
